Impartial administration index (IDEA)

The Impartial Administration Index (IDEA) is an evaluative tool created by the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) to measure the extent to which a country's public administration acts impartially and without undue influence from political forces. This index assesses factors such as the neutrality of public services, the fairness in the distribution of resources, and the absence of corruption within governmental operations.
